There are two ways to improve human brain either by improving the health of your brain or by using memory skills. A good memory depends on the health of your brain. Physical exercise is very important for a healthy brain. You should make it a part of your routine. You can include swimming, walking, running, skipping etc in your exercise.

Good nutrition plays an important role in maintaining good health of your brain. Eat for your brain. Include more and more of fruits, green vegetables in your diet. Eat on time and eat healthy food full of nutrients essential for good health of the brain. Do not overeat and try to avoid oily and spicy food.

Stress management is to reduce stress in your life. Stress is an inseparable part of life in today’s life. It can lead to depression so we should try to reduce it to some extent if we cannot avoid it. Meditation is the best technique to manage the stress. It can improve your concentration, focus, creativity and reasoning skills. You should also try to get enough sleep. Do not awake late night. During day when you are at work, try to take a short break and breathe deeply for at least 10 minutes.

Some of the other methods with which you can enhance or improve your memory can be laughter. It is said that laughter is the best medicine. It is good for your brain too. For that you can listen to the jokes or you can watch some comedy shows. In addition to this, you should try to avoid consuming much sugar and caffeine. You can spend some time with your friends or with your family in order to reduce stress. If you will try all these suggestions it would surely increase your mental sharpness and vitality.
