Sleeping problems; as stated above, this condition is associated with a lot of pain in muscles and ligaments. The pain is very intense and makes these people not to sleep well. After all, they cannot be able to sleep comfortably with the kind of pain they experience every day. These people also have other issues like irritable bowel syndrome in which is a condition that causes pain and bloating in the stomach. This condition makes it impossible for the people with the condition to empty their bowels. More complicated problems maybe experienced with time since the bowels do not move accordingly.
These people also experience fatigue at most times. They fell tired almost all times and they cannot be able to withstand challenging or hard work. Fatigue can be mild or severe depending on the seriousness of the condition. Severe fatigue is worse because the patient can barely do anything more than 30 minutes without requiring some rest.
Another symptom that has been realized with people with fibromyalgia is cognitive problem. In this case, the person is unable to memorize simple things and have difficulties understanding even very simple things. These people also have problems expressing themselves using words, expressions and losing track of what they are saying in the middle of an activity. This makes it a challenge for these people to follow simple instructions.
The symptoms associated with the condition are very challenging to deal with and most of the patients develop depression and stress. These people may die from these associated symptoms if caution is not taken.
